Heartfelt Congratulations to the winners of the IFF All India Poetry Competition 2025. The top three winners were honored with cash awards, certificates of excellence, official letters of appreciation. Biographies have been featured and shared on 25 digital news platform in recognition of their outstanding achievement.

The Incentive Foster Foundation (IFF) successfully organized the Valley Speech Competition – Chapter 1, a prestigious event aimed at recognizing and nurturing young talent across the Kashmir Valley. The program brought together students, educators, and community leaders to celebrate the power of expression, confidence, and intellectual dialogue.

In collaboration with Mazhar-ul-Haq School, Beerwah, the Incentive Foster Foundation hosted “The Educators’ Essence,” a professional development seminar for teachers. The program aimed to enhance teaching methodologies, strengthen academic excellence, and encourage collaboration among educators from various institutions across Kashmir.
